Pleasant on the whole. Cold room with a summer quilt in winter. Heating ineffective. We arrived late and wanted to rest. Instructions said need to wait and heating will kick in . It never did. A miserable night.

Room was well presented and clean. Breakfast - dirty cups, lack of crockery and floor areas not swept after others had eaten (food on floor). Toaster requires replacing.
