"Overall it was good. Nice bright bathrooms, rooms were good and fairly modern. Hallways seemed to have a smell in the carpeting. Would have like to seen a cleaner toilet in the room, as it wasn't fully cleaned from the prior guests. The breakfast was nice too. I do have to say that the staff was nice and helpful, but would recommend they don't wipe down the counter with the same rag/towel they wipe the trash lid with. Just general good hygiene practices are critical."

"Teeny tiny rooms, which were great for my solo trip but would not recommend for people with kids. Location was great closer to UWS and HK and not right in the thick of Times Square. However, still close enough to everything tourist like. Biggest complaint was the shower that spat water EVERYWHERE! So much so it was clearly causing water damage to the bathroom vanity.
