"The property was nice, clean, modern and relevant. Check-in was automated. Which made the process quick. Nice to have a public bath place in the hotel. With a Family Mart on the same floor. My only note would be, that the room was a bit smaller in size than I am use to having in the U.S. Everything from the bed was about 2 -3 steps away. "Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"I like everything. The staff are very professional. They are very approachable, polite and kind. They are very organize. The facilities are very clean and high technology. Everything I need in the room is there.The food is excellent. There are so many options, specially the breakfast buffet. I absolutely recommend it. "The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there. "
