"I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. "All of the staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly, at all times, especially Mohit who checked us in on the first night of our stay! The drinks were astounding and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! The only slight downside was that the room was incredibly hot, even with the aircon on full so it was a little hard to get to sleep, bur aside from that everything was astounding! "

"The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."
