"We had an incredible stay at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room; it truly made our time in New York feel magical. We chose this hotel because it’s the iconic filming location for Gossip Girl, and to our delight, two amazing staff members offered to give us a tour. That extra thoughtfulness made the experience so much more special and unforgettable."

"The room was so spacious and in pristine condition. Checked in to the hotel and was given a room on the 7th floor. Unfortunately there was only a view of the building next to us. I called and asked if I could pay to upgrade to a room with a view. He let me know that they were fully booked, but he would try. He called me to let me know he found one on the 27th floor with a wonderful view at no charge. The rooftop bar was a nice way to end our evenings as well, with great cocktails."

"The transportation was super convenient. I took the Airlink shuttle from JFK to Grand Central Terminal, and Club Quarters Hotel was just 5-10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the top floor offers excellent coffee and a great view. A perfect place to relax!"

"I was only here one night since I missed my flight! But I had a great stay, the staff was very friendly at check in & the hotel itself is very cool, colorful and great ambiance! I did the shared bathroom one and I honestly didn’t know what to expect - the bathroom is private they have (4) units on the floor and you can open it with your room key, it’s completely private and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. The water pressure was amazing and the bathroom also has a JBL installed which is playing while you shower very subtle but definitely there! I was a bit scared when I saw “shared bathroom” but honestly was the only hotel I found for $100 the night in NYC as a same day booking and very last minute, I’m glad I stayed here! The room also was a bunk bed so my brother and I each got our own bed and the room does have a mini sink in the actual room so you can brush your teeth, face etc and don’t have to go constantly to the bathroom for this. I didn’t have a to make a line at all or even wait to shower etc. like I said I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never stayed in hotel w no private bathroom! Honestly was great I would stay here again…FYI this is not a hostel rooms are private "
