Wonderful staff and views. Very prompt and friendly with any request. If you forgot something they've got it. Nespresso machine and pods in room which was great. Comfortable beds and pillows which was a real bonus. Can't beat the views.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to grand central, and also it is a VIP member benefit hotel. Unfortunately there were no benefits given, despite mentioned on my booking. The room was much smaller than anticipated, I didn’t sleep very well at all as the bed wasn’t very comfy; overall it was ok for one night but for the price range I think I will go elsewhere next time. I think the problem was, that my expectations were misled by some of these reviews, prior to booking.

Excellent Stay at CQ Grand Central Hotel I had a wonderful experience at the CQ Grand Central Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of New York City with easy access to major attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room itself was a pleasant surprise—spacious by NYC standards, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. The bathroom was another highlight, offering a great space to relax after a day of exploring the city. One note: if you’d like your room cleaned or refreshed during your stay, be sure to request housekeeping services, as they don't automatically make the bed or replace towels without a specific request. Overall, I highly recommend CQ Grand Central for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish stay in a prime NYC location!
