"When checking the young lady was the absolute worst.. no customer service at all!!!!. By the way she was at the desk @ noon.. not to confuse her with someone who actually cares about your business."

"great hotel. for the price was very good. free light breakfast to start your day, 7-9am. clean stylish room with fridge/microwave. nice hot shower. big bathrooms and a nice size closet in the bathroom. very safe day/night. mike the security guard was patrolling the premises. mostly families with kids. no ladies of the night or their johns, no drugs/paroles. very nice stay. q if you like to sleep in, get a room on the opposite side of the pool. kids are playing all day in the pool, its summer vacation. the check in lady D, and the other check in gentleman robert were so kind and comforting. i really enjoyed my stay. the north side of the hotel has the 91 fwy close by so you might hear some road noise. the south side of the hotel is the most quite. its a little dark but you back up to the outback steakhouse right there. i like this hotel for the $, ill be back next time im in town."

"The staff went above and beyond with service here. They were so thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is bustling and lively and clean in the common areas, which we liked. It’s also very to get transportation. The area around Hollywood Boulevard is a little grungy and sketchy, but that is not the hotel’s fault. It’s conveniently located for anyone wanting to see the tourist spots on Hollywood Boulevard."
