"The hotel was clean but not very secure. I noticed a few people who didn’t use a code to enter the building while waiting for the elevator. I didn’t get good sleep, every few minutes I was woken up by loud traffic, homeless screaming, dogs barking, sirens and other random, unsettling noises. I couldn’t use the ear plugs because I needed to hear my alarm in the morning to make it to the airport on time. "

"I selected this hotel cause it was close to LAX. While the area is in transition, I did feel safe. But they need to replace that boarded up restaurant or tear it down for parking. The $12 a day parking is a bit much for the area especially since the hotel has zero comps outside the pool. Also what’s the point of having a “do not disturb” tag when housekeeping ignores and enters the room. I don’t need daily services. When I do need them, I like to have my items secured prior. "Reasonable price for decent hotel right next to the airport. Shuttle service to the airport is included. I wish the coffee stand was open earlier for those early morning flights."

"The room was better than expected, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, so no complaints. The area is fine, not the best but conveniently located, close to the metro station. It is not as noisy as some reviews suggest. "
