"This B&B is a gem. Loved it. It’s like staying in someone’s huge, comfortable home with a fabulous hostess. Plenty of parking, creative decor, and the huge made to order breakfast is fabulous. They have snacks, homemade baked goods and all kinds of drinks in the kitchen. They serve breakfast until 11 for late risers. Laundry, sauna, steam room. Will definitely stay again."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much I had to book another stay within a month! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is very clean and I feel you get the most out of your money here - the room is clean and spacious, the lobby has fresh lemon water, and the pool is well kept. The breakfast alone makes it all worth it - fresh waffles, well seasoned eggs and potatoes, lots of bacon, oatmeal with topping, the list goes on. I would definitely recommend!"

"This is one of our best hotel experiences as a stay. Particularly impressed with the relaxed yet polished atmosphere of the hotel and engaging friendliness of the staff. We had a poor experience at the flagship restaurant Shanghai Terrace however. Extremely hot and loud. "

"Unique experience staying within a block of DePaul School of Music. Lovely property with open kitchen and great breakfast/coffee. Nice outdoor area with fire pit. Stayed in Capone suite which was comfortable but noisy as it was downstairs just below the kitchen. Note that private bath is down the hall as this wasn’t explained well when I booked. Would stay again and I do recommend."

"I am a former Dir of Housekeeping of a 393 room Westin Hotel. People expect two things at a minimum Overall decent room. Clean, tall ceilings. For a Hyatt hotel I expect better pillows on bed. 4 standard pills on a (pillows themselves were great) king bed. Should be two king pillows and two standard pillows. Room 630. Room was clean, mini suite. Full size dishwasher was a nice surprise. Didn’t use it. Mini fridge, microwave, cook top. "
