"Some pros and cons for this hotel. Pros: good location, friendly staff, fun features like an arcade game and free library, fairly clean and renovated. Cons: very noisy from street noise (lots of sirens since you’re across from the hospital). I would be super hesitant to bring a toddler here as the railings in the courtyard had easy to slip through sections. We would stay here again as a couple but would be weary on bringing our kiddo with that safety concern. "

"The property was in good shape, has plenty of charm and the staff was wonderful. The drawbacks: -parking lot- I got a $100 ticket while I waited to get checked into my room. During the check-in process they give you something to scan and pay for parking. I paid when I got up to my room. I wasnt fast enough. -lots of addicts and homeless in the area. Chinatown and Gastown had even more. Sad"
