"What a haven in busy Valparaiso! A garden oasis! Everything was perfect! Clean comfortable large room, tastefully decorated. The best breakfast I had in Chile. All the staff and the owner were so helpful and kind, allowing me to leave my luggage for the day, advising on things to do and arranging a driver to the bus station. The view of the harbor from the garden is classic! You feel like you are on top of the world, peering down on the activity. I really loved this hotel. Highly recommended!"

The only negatives were that the TV never worked, the Internet was very poor at best, and the rooms were simply too small.
