"Extremely pleased with my stay at the lovely New Yorker! In town for shows at MSG and Broadway and the location was perfect—walkable! Appreciated feeling very safe with staff and security. My Only issue was there was not wifi connection in my room, so I was unable to research the city as needed on my phone or relax with television at night. "

"The location can’t be beaten!!! I hope they change the annoying loud and type of music. They play in the main lobby. Yes, rooms are small and the hotel is old, but the beds are extremely comfortable. I would stay again because of the location."

"The Hotel is really nice staff very friendly. The rooms need updating the carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was very comfortable and the views were awesome. Overall this Hotel is just steps away from time square and very convenient. House keeping did a great job cleaning the room. My only suggestion would be to have a Microwave to reheat food after going to the restaurant and having left overs . If possible have a location where there is a microwave if they can not put one in every room...

My only real.complaint was when we checked out I dropped off my keys before going to the grab and go breakgast and was informed I would have to pay even tho i was a customer drom the night before.
