The pictures does this place no justice. This was our first time coming to Tulum & it looks like we will be back soon & often. The experience was so amazing. Such a beautiful place. "Dionisio at the hotel was extremely helpful with the reservation and also recommending and booking beach club space for us. The rooms are new, well equipped (doesn't have hairdryers currently, FYI) and a good place. You will need a car to get into Tulum. Would recommend the place."

"It’s an amazing experience! Worth every single penny spent. 😁 Our sky villa, was beautiful!!! What a view!!! There is just one little issue, the beach club is not exclusive. People walk from the public half of the beach and use the beach club. When I asked our concierge about that, because I felt uncomfortable leaving my bag and belongings on the chair while enjoying the water, she said it was not supposed to happen, and offered to talk to security. The next morning, I saw people without the wristbands laying around and I witnessed a couple walking from the public beach with backpacks, paying the server right in front of me, to use the chairs. If the hotel wants to make money allowing non guests to use the beach club, just let the guests know about it, like they do allow outsiders to pay and enjoy the rooftop sunset ceremony and restaurants. That’s my only complaint and concern. Elixir’s breakfast is outstanding. All employees are very nice and friendly. We loved! The perfect place for a valentine’s week celebration. Do not miss the cleansing ceremony upon your arrival, it’s very special. I would recommend to anyone. Ps: it’s not a hotel for someone with difficulties to walk and move around irregular ground. Do not bring high heels, flat shoes is a must. "
