Aside from having 7 restaurants, nightly entertainment, spa, gardens, beach, wildlife, in the end my most memorable moments came through interactions with resort staff. Everyone we encountered always had a smile, was respectful and helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderdul. I want to especially thank and recognize the fine gentlemen at preferred breakfast at Portofino. They are Rene, Javier, and Edgar. Their excellent service and kindness left an impression.
