"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I asked for a late check-out of 3pm knowing that they would reject it or at the very best they would agree to one hour or so past the 11am check out time. They allowed my request with no additional fees. Each time I pulled up to the hotel, they came out and made sure I had a proper parking place. I left my jacket in the hotel after I left. When I called them, they immediately went up and retrieved my jacket and kept it until I got back three days later. Overall, I had not experienced such friendly accommodating staff before. When I go back to Jerusalem, I would not go anywhere else. "
