"The front desk person was amazing. Sadly, my flight was canceled due to the ice storm and I only was there for 45 minutes. Didn’t even use my room. Hoping for a refund and they said they would try. The staff is incredible. The rooms are beautiful and it has everything you need and super close to the airport For your flight. "

"All of the staff were helpful and very nice. One person in particular was the day shift shuttle driver. I did not get his name but hee was originally from Vietnam. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we new where to go in the airport and how we should contact the hotel for return shuttle. "

"Stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Booking served that purpose well. Desk staff was friendly. The hotel is undergoing major renovations that weren't disclosed beforehand. No working ice machines, and over half the building was blocked off with plastic sheeting and danger signs. I will check back next year when this should be a spiffy place to stay."

Convenient place to stay for airport layovers!

"I had a long day of traveling with an 8 hour layover in Portland. I could've slept it out in the airport but figured I'd rather get the comfort of a bed - especially with such a cheap nightly price. The transportation between the airport and hotel was easy and I had a great night of sleep before getting on the road again!"
