"Stayed for a weekend in London. Location was good until both the DLR and Queen E line were partly closed. Not the hotels fault just a consideration as it’s quite far East. May faults with the hotel are the Wi-Fi strength. We were on floor 1 and from within our rooms the signal was extremely frustrating. Also for two people staying in a double room why only provide one bathroom towel. That makes no sense at all. One elevator was out of order during our stay. This was slightly frustrating as...

"Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat."

Exceptional Hotel

"We've stayed here before as a group, and it once again was an amazing place to stay, with a good vibe. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, our stay was quiet, and the breakfast has so many options. Also, they do the most delicious bacon I've ever had. It's a good location within walking distance of the east side of Excel. Would definitely recommend to everyone!"
