"The Malmaison was a lovely little get away for a night as a couple, nothing bad to say really other than sad no upgrade options were available when we checked in and the light in the room was broken so was quite dark. Plus side cheeky little Ferrero Rocher left for us and robes which was a nice touch "

"The room was lovely and well appointed, but unfortunately the settee was against the wall opposite the window, where as the TV was opposite the bed!! It really should have been on an arm that swivelled. The safe door would not stay shut and because the bathroom door was opposite, if you closed the bathroom door, the safe door would then trap it shut. It took a bit of manoeuvring to hold it close and open the bathroom door. Due to the time of year, the dinner menu, was very much reduced and...
