"The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat."

Rates reflect demand at any given time and if they’re too high for me, I forego in lieu of a more affordable option in the area. "The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. The rooms, while a bit small, are very clean, do not let in any light (despite being so close to the large billboards) and the rooms are very quiet at night as well. The staff is very helpful, and was able to answer all our questions and is very punctual. Highly recommend!"
