"Great stay. "

"Great location- half way point from wales to south coast. Lovely reception, friendly easy check in. Nice room very comfortable. Only problem was the noise - a strange bit loud humming all the time - like machinery. Also the sink doesn't drain very fast at all - maybe a blockage somewhere - so water in the basin all the time. But all in all it's a good place to stay- easy parking and near Asda and the cinema too- both of which we took advantage of "

"Staff were great, when we checked in I said I was a platinum member and got and upgrade. First time that has happened as a hotels.com member. Also mentioned it was my partners birthday and got a free bottle of wine that was left in the room. Room was great and hotel is in a great location."

"Cell room was a great experience, however other half mentioned that the lighting could have been better for applying makeup etc. Couple of switches that didn't seem to control everything, but overall I would visit again, Staff were fantastic, and defiantly would go again."

"Easy Hotel is... Okay The good: Clean and well presented. The bad I expected the room to be small but it was really small. So small the bed was short. I'm 6ft 2 and my feet and ankles stuck out the bottom of the bed No tea/coffee in room. Charging for parking which is not explicit when booking Shower was rubbish "

"Had a lovely room with unique view over the river Avon weir and the Toll bridge workers. Comfortable and warm. Breakfast plenty for us. Staff pleasant. Bus into town up the road. "
