"1 night stay. Was really good. James on the desk was amazing. So helpful. Only downfall was they only had 1 lift in operation and as my Daughter was in a wheelchair we had to use lift but so did most of the guests who could have used the stairs. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection."

"Could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. All of them went above and beyond. The hotel was comfortable but a little too hot for our liking, even though we turned the temperature down in our room. The leisure club was nice but definitely needs a refurb as it's looking a bit tired. Food was delicious - evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely return."
