"Very well appointed room. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Had a lovely view of the water wheel and surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was lovely and we ate pizza in the restaurant which was 10/10. Very much recommend this hotel. Thank you."

"I have stayed here a number of times now. It is always clean, the staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are comfortable, the leisure facilities good and the food plenty and well priced. "

"Room ok, some dirty marks in the bathroom. A little cool in the room and couldn’t see how to change the temperature. On the plus side, room was very spacious and great coffee machine. "

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection excellent. We did find our room too hot and there was a droning noise on and off all night which wasn’t related to the room itself. We mentioned it to the staff on check out and they immediately said they’d investigate. Excellent customer service throughout our stay. "

"So paying for a room isnt enough you got to chip in extra for parking. Not mentioned in advert, only highlighted when i checked in. Staff did help but its a touch nefarious to ask for extra money upon arrival. Stayed here few times over the past few years and it is a good hotel, hence being a repeat customer. Maybe wont again as I dont like being ambushed with additional costs. "
