Quest Serviced Apartments, Surry Hills hotels

"Paul immediately knew if I were staying two weeks, I would need a better room (for an extra charge). The room he picked for me was perfect - high enough to get sunshine every morning and a balcony for where to have my morning coffee and listen to the world, birds, and police. The location and the space allowed me to admire Surrey Hills. I will return and recommend this place. It was unforgettable for my first time in Australia. The only downsides were that there were leaks that caused noise issues. It would have been nice to receive a notice of warning that construction would begin at a certain time of the day. At least put a notice in the elevators. Also, the doors slams so hard enough that it shakes the walls! I think that needs to be fixed especially for people who are light sleepers. Overall, Paul, Nim, Alberto, (hope got their names right)and the cleaning staff were kind and generous with their time and efforts. I really admire how they did their professional best to accommodate all the guests. I hope they know they are essential to the success and future of this hotel. Above all, they represent, reflect and respect the community around them, especially the LGBTQ history that surrounds them."

"We stayed here for 3 nights including Christmas Eve. There was a small delay with check in, but the hotel was incredibly quick to rectify this and this was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, the view was incredible. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any queries. The breakfast was divine, and being on Christmas, they went the extra mile to celebrate this. There were Christmas foods and treats, and it all felt festive. The whole stay was a lovely experience, and we can’t wait to stay again."

"We booked the executive suite at the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour as we had a two night stay with kids who could share a pull out sofa bed and this was the cheapest option near Christmas. We were very pleasantly surprised by what we got! The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was huge with a full size bath separate to the shower. We were extremely pleased to find there was a separate toilet in the loungeroom area so the kids didn’t have to come into our room at night for the bathroom. All the staff were super nice and the buffet breakfast had a really good variety. The proximity to Darling Harbour and the city was perfect. Highly recommend. We were very happy."
