"It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel ."

"the room is very spacious. be warned that it is a couples hotel but overall my bf and i enjoyed the hotel room. the room we had, had a ‘all you can drink beer’ faucet which my bf loved. the area is inconvenient because the nearest train station is about 17 mins by walk, but not unbearably bad. we did notice pubic hair under the sheets, but that was the only thing that was unclean. stuff like amenities were free as long as you bring them back to the front desk area. all and all, would come back...

"The location is very quiet. There are many restaurants on both sides of the main road within a five-minute walk. Kyoto Station is a 15-minute walk away. The room was very clean and large. There was no cramped space for four people and two large suitcases."

"This boutique hotel is a converted dormitory. I stayed in a single room - with just enough space to do push-ups.The bathroom was odd as you had to take a step up to enter it. "We enjoy the 8-night stay in this OMO3 Kyoto Toji hotel. It is a cozy one give tranquil vibe. Easy walk from the hotel to Kyoto JR station for our extensive excursions through out. Just within 4 mins walk to the nearby huge Aeon shopping arcade which can satisfied our local delicacy and Japanese made clothings / accessories shopping needs. The design of the hotel room, the temperature of the room is comfortable and suit tourist's needs. Amenities inside the room is enough for our stay. Overall cleaniness is top of the same tier! "

"Close to the Kyoto station where a lot of shops and restaurants around. There is even an Aeon mall a few minutes walk away. Toji is also close by. The space in the room is tight though. The washroom sink and water station are set up in the same place which makes the kettle use a little risky with water around."
