"Our room 205 was not well lighted. Also I am sure I didn’t request a disability room. Next time I will check the room before unpacking. I think a non-disability room would have more living space. TV not bright and had no brightness adjustment. "

"I fogot the young man's name but he was super nice and patient. We stayed there for Christmas (me and my 11 year old son). He was so professional and nice. My Son would chat with him daily. He solve every problem or concern I had; from housekeeping not giving fresh towels (he sent them up within 5 minutes)... to taking a pic for me, of me and my Son for Christmas... He's a tall young man with dark hair and had on some nice red and white Jordan's 😅... He works the evening shift"

"The gentleman that checked me into my room was not very pleasant, the breakfast was not opened at 6:00 as advertised (unlocked door at 6:05) which was disappointing since I wanted to grab one of their delicious cinnamon rolls for the shuttle ride scheduled to leave at 6:00. There was no regular coffee in the foyer in the early morning either, only decaf…BUT the shuttle driver WAS WONDERFUL..,SO pleasant and helpful…Shame on me for not getting his name to give him the kuddos he so rightly...

"The hotel is nice and clean, the personal is great, but the rooms and especially bathrooms are long due renovation. Also, it looks like there is no sound insulation between the room and floors. And, the breakfast is extremely poor, unbelievable. "

"Overall very good quality service and rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, the beds were firm but not overly firm, and the blankets actually kept me warm unlike other hotels'. Moving rooms after making a new reservation was quick and painless, and the shuttle service to the airport was really convenient! My only gripe would be the fact that they don't offer a free breakfast, they only had quick prepackaged items like muffins and danishes. Would book again!"

"Je ne suis pas fier de ce qite d'hébergement. Il m'ont appelé a 3h08pm .je n avais pas repondu. A 11h58pm je suis arrivée sur le siteje ne me retrouvais pas. Je lai contacté il me fait savoir Expedia a consoler ma réservation. Je demande un remboursement ca me fait 3 jours et le remboursement ne peut aboutir parce que jai annulé ma réservation. Cest des malhonnêtes. "
