I stayed for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed my time. My every need was catered for, fresh towels and soap and shampoo whenever I needed, free breakfast daily, on site laundry, snack and drinks vending machines and staff at the reception 24 hours per day. Even during the night if you need to ask for some assistance there is a staff member at reception. Staff even called a taxi for me when I needed. All in all I enjoyed my stay so much. It was my second time staying at this hotel, and everytime I visit the area again I will only be choosing this hotel every time. this location stay away service was terrible, shower was dirty and not working correctly and there was no hot water i asked why wasn't i told this as i just checked in the front desk told me there will not be a refund and hangup the phone

Bath tub was clogged, we were given another room and the heater didn’t warm the room enough we still needed sweaters. On day 2 there was no hot water. Staff didn’t communicate that with us we found out when we complained and overheard them telling the group of people checking in at the time

We did not have water for over 2 hours, they never even mention an apology for the inconvenience. It was very disappointing for all of us staying at the hotel. We were there for only one night, our plan was to check in, shower and head over to time square for the new year celebration. We couldn’t shower after our long trip or even use the toilet or wash our hands. I have never experienced anything like it in a hotel. Also even if we stayed in a non smoking room, it smell like smoke when we arrived. We won’t be staying in any of your hotels again. The least I expected was an apology by management, but guess that didn’t matter.

Our stay at this hotel was very much a disappointment from our room door not locking from the inside to our little pantry not being stocked with pots pans plates or cups let alone ice the hotel has no ice machine and vending machines are pricey
