"I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. "Super convenient location! Only a couple of minute walk from the train station and everything in town! It's an amazing town! It was cloudy/snowy during our stay, but for the 10 minutes the Matterhorn tried poking through the clouds, our view from our room was amazing! (Even without seeing the Matterhorn, it's a great view!) They have a free shuttle, which we used upon arrival, however, it doesn't run until 8am, so we had to walk to the train station (in the snow) when we left :/ The sauna...
