"I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. Was told that with Easter locksmith not available. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Relatively quiet at night which is better for getting a good night sleep and still just a short...

"Lot of construction on the way up the hill to the hotel. GPS got confused gping on the goat path, the only way we could get there. We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. Very poorly equipped compaired to the advertisement and what we expected. A breakfas was offeted for a ridiculous price. We had hope to make our own. We got stuck on the ground floor with no view. "Everything was excellent except the way to get to the hotel you need to walk up a steep hill prior to getting to the hotel. It is a little difficult for older individuals. "

"The best place to stay in Zermatt for ski. Great breakfast, excellent location, great ski storage room and very convenient transportation to ski lifts and train stations! Modern apartment and excellent service with great staffs. Everything is perfect!"

"Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"What a fabulous location and perfect apartment for a party of three. Spacious, clean and a deck with the amazing view of the Matterhorn. It was so easy to work with this property management, especially during a time when there was some challenges with weather in the Zermatt area. They were extremely commutative and ensured that our in Zermatt would be fabulous and it was Highly recommend location and apartment "

"Excellent apartment, right in the centre by the church. Even had a good view of the Matterhorn when the clouds cleared. Being on the third floor the stairs could be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommended. The beds were comfortable and the linen first class. "

"We loved our stay here, perfect location, so close to the train station but we weren’t there to ski so might be a different walk to the cable cars if you’re carrying. The hotel is fab, great pool and spa area, breakfast was lovely and by far the most comfortable room of our whole trip, the team were lovely too"

"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time to stand in line to talk to someone at the service desk. We missed the train we originally planned for, took the bus to the station, and it delayed our return trip to Milan. It was a frustrating experience. Overall, the stay was lovely but that was a sour note to end on. "
