"We stayed for one week. This was an outstanding place to stay. The photos and description don't even do it justice. There are views of the Matterhorn from every room and a cozy balcony and hot tub. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Owners are extremely responsive. There is a lift that takes you to street level that is easy and convenient. " Bei der Buchung entsteht der Eindruck, das freistehende Chalet zu buchen. Bei der Ankunft wird eine Wohnung im ersten Stock auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes zugewiesen, wo nie Sonne kommt. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber überhaupt nicht das, was wir buchen wollten. Eine sehr sehr grosse Enttäuschung. Im Internet lesen wir, dass mehr Menschen auf diese Weise in die Irre geführt wurden."

"It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! "

"Stayed with some family at the Chalet and it was a blast. The place was a little more narrow than I expected but do not mistake that for anything negative the area was beautiful and the Chalet was fantastic. Will definitely be back!"
