"Pros: the bed was comfortable. Cons: roaches in the unit, the neighborhood is a bit run down, no lights down the driveway, no porch light making it challenging to access the door lock at night, broken floor tiles, bare concrete floor in the bathroom, lawn not mowed, weeds everywhere, dead baby possum left in the driveway."
