"The amenities were good. There was a shuttle to take you to the nearby train station, which is convenient to get to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom was spacious. Good shower pressure. The toilet seat is uncomfortable. I did use the coffeemaker to make tea. I don't know who designed it or maybe I used it wrong, but the steam coming out of the cup would condense on a lip just under where the water drops out, then spills onto the tray. I probably would stay here again, but if I'm spending more time downtown, I would stay a bit closer. "

"Room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast in mornings wasca great bonus and signing up for Hyatt rewards helped with nobearly check in fee and bottle of water everyday helped with the 90°+ weather. Was a short walk to convention center and places i needed to go. While breakfast was a bonus, with 2 big conventions they didnt prepare forvenough staff, plates ran out, would've been more efficient to use large chaffing dishes over 2 gallon pots. Also for other meals at bar there was a time no food because of shift change. 2 days the elevators didnt work or just one worked had to use staff elevator. If you were on a lower floor stairs ok but i was on 22nd floor. While breakfast was a bonus, staff was un prepared for the amount of guests with 2 big conventions."

"Overall, very comfortable and clean, no issues with the use of the hotel. The pool was overrun with kids and the hotel staff are overworked and customer service is not a priority but really not a big deal "
