"Nice condominium community. Pools well kept, no hot tub here. Many workers always doing up keep. Our particular room was well kept, however needed some minor cosmetic maintenance. I believe the tile shower has been leaking through missing grout areas, causing a mildew smell near the adjacent bedroom wall. Woke up stuffed up every morning. Cleared up with fresh air. Overall a good stay in SPI for the price. "
