This facility is not safe and is unsuitable for families. It shows significant signs of neglect, including dirt, rust, mold, broken doors, dirty drapes, and insect infestations. The restrooms and showers are in poor condition, with rusted faucets and unclean facilities. Additionally, there appear to be concerns about the presence of individuals involved in drug use and prostitution, further contributing to an unsafe environment.”

When we arrived at the hotel, I noticed the lobby area is rather large. There is no continental breakfast but we knew that ahead of time, as they charge extra for that. Upon going into our room we noticed a very strong odor of mold. I immediately inspected the beds as I usually do and you could clearly tell the room was made up in a hurry and I seriously doubt the bedsheets were washed. There was unknown liquids, hair and mold still on the bed sheets. The pillows had HEAVY black mold. I called the front desk and they offered to move me rooms & an apology. That’s it, nothing for the inconvenience. This was very inconvenient as we had reserved two rooms and wanted to stay adjacent to the guest we came with. Nothing was done to help us in this situation. My children could have slept on these filthy beds had I not paid close attention to how dirty the room was. When the attendants came up to the room to give us the new keys, they were shocked to see the state the room was in. Needless to say we will never choose to stay here again. I wish I could upload pictures on here to show the extent of how filthy this room was.
