The valet took a lil longer than expected and the elevators were broken in the tower I stayed so it took 40 min to get to my room the manager did get it fixed immediately. It seemed like most rooms had been recently renovated and ours was almost done, but not quite. The one downside to the renovations is the doorless shower stalls.
