"Great stay , but the large party of guests next door was loud, until 1am in the courtyard."

"The unit was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice pool. Somehow we had a miscommunication with fresh towels exchange but it was ok. Directions to our particular unit could have been better as we were arriving after normal hours. Office closes at 4. Overall a very comfortable stay."

"Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do. In addition to the early knock, the entire housekeeping staff was waiting by my front door when I checked out at 10:25. What if I wasn’t checking out at 10:25 and was...

"Directions to gain entry to the property were not clear to me. I was surprised to have to check in at the gate, show ID and then wait for clearance. Also, the property lacks some amenities that are pretty much standard elsewhere, like a box of tissues, glassware, dishes, etc."

"Beautiful clean comfortable room with a beautiful view. I was not able to make phone contact close to closing time to let them know I would be late. I got email instructions about their after hours system after I already arrived. None of this is a big deal, but a text message near closing time would have been good. "

"Great property, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer, dinning table for 10 people, every room with tv, terrace tv, bathroom and small pool but very pleasant. No rooms on first floor. 3 rooms on second floor and 2 rooms on third floor. I will stay again."
