Loved the pool options, the activities with Casey, the bar and breakfast staff coffee maker in room was complicated and loud and made it impossible to make a cup of tea that didn't taste like coffee. Also morning tea water was not hot enough most days. Overall, fantastic!!

The property was lovely, beautiful beach area, great food, good service. The location is great, away from the craziness of the bars of Duval St. on the north end of the island, but a quick walk to go enjoy that nightlife. I was disappointed with the cleaning staff, it appeared that a trash bag ripped and spilled on one of the stairways (outside stairs) and there was trash, used sunblock containers, and dirty q-tips (someone had a serious wax issue) and nut shells. This happens occasionally, but the trash remained on the stairs for like 2 days. I reported it at the reception desk, but it was not dealt with for another day. It was still on the stairs when I checked out. I reported it again. They comped me some goodies. It wasn’t a big deal, but the trash and lack of cleaning it reflected poorly on the property. Room was great. Pools were amazing. Weather was better. Location was paradise. Service at bars and restaurants was tremendous.

We had no service around the pool. We had no wash rags each day that the room was clean. We had to go find someone to get washrags and then they acted like it was a problem. Then we were woke up one morning at 8:30 9 with the maids banging on the door, wanting to clean the room. And on the last day, we were not to check out until 1 o’clock and the maid walked on us as we were taking a shower. We even had the sign on the door!

I would not have stayed here if I knew I was going to be charged $56 per day for amenities. I would have looked for a different option from Expedia. No reflection on the resort. (Except pillows were really hard) but Expedia should included what are standard charges.
