"We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. AJ and the rest of the staff were great - friendly, courteous and efficient. The location of this hotel is great. A couple of minutes from Oxford Circus tube and bang in the middle of the West End. Room was large with a comfortable bed, large TV with Sky channels and a chaise longer. Plenty of toiletries were supplied. We paid for breakfast and I thought it was very good value. There was a variety of cold meats, smoked salmon and cheeses. Yoghurts,...

"Having lived in central London for most of my adult life, now that I’ve sold up and moved to the countryside the Soho Hotel has become my go to place when staying in London. "

"This is a very busy area. Not ideal for people travelling with children. It’s very loud at night because of all the bars. The flag itself was nice. It was lacking towels and could have been a bit better if there was more common necessities. Towels, paper towels, soap etc. Other then that it was nice and kept well. "

"Bare wires in bathroom where light fitting should have been, only one light out of 3 worked in lounge, no TV, no double glazing, opposite lap dancing club - the thumping music and crowd noise goes on til the early hours of the morning, phone line never answered. "
