"Our room had a private hot-tub with a spectacular mountain view which made us a surprise. Reception staff couldn't understand English but they were helpful and cheerful. The meals (especially the breakfast) that provided by restaurant are remarkable. Food quality is good. Restaurant staff are very cheerful too. "Beautiful view from our room. Only down side was our room was on the warmer side. And we could not figure out the AC units remote. Even with google translate pictures, the settings werent working. We resorted to opening the balcony windows and turning the heat off. Other than that the room was clean and an enjoyable space. "

"This hotel was wonderful. Indoor and outdoor onsens for men and women. Beautiful spaces for lounging, a spa, a restaurant available for breakfast and dinner, 7-11 right across the street, great mountain views. Rooms were very large with a full couch, two double beds, a desk, a full kitchen with microwave and stove, ensuite laundry with washer dryer combo. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke some English. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely book again"

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"The property is really just a 5-minute walk from Odawara train station. Hotels in Japan are generally small, but this room was a bit larger than others we stayed in. For a one-night stay, it was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We recommend it."
