The facility is a bit dated, but the staff is kind and helped taking my bags to the room. The double bed rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only issue is that walls are super thin where you can hear your neighbors cough so be aware if you are sensitive. The location is super convenient and overall I felt 9/10 safe as a solo traveler.

Nice pod style hostel to stay in the heart of Chinatown. The staff is friendly with a nice smile. This place can be good not only for budget travelers, but also for petite business travelers, as there is a wooden desk in common area. If the beep sound of smart-lock is turned off, the sleep quality may be improved. Well managed hostel.

Really close to Chinatown MRT station, which makes this a very convenient location to be based at. Wink provided really good detailed directions to get from airport to hotel. There were issues with my flight / luggage (caused by the airline) that impacted my plans - Wink was very responsive with getting back to me when I message them. Great customer service. Wink was recommended to me by an acquaintance - glad I took up her suggestion.

Thanks for asking what I didn't like. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. Providing a continental breakfast was nice. location was very good. To summarize ... I would consider staying there again if the bedding was better or I could bring my own bed.

I had a very pleasant stay. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. The property is maintained very well. The shower and toilet rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful with my check in. A short walk away from Hong Lim Market, and several other food options nearby. It was a great spot to stay in to explore Chinatown, and close by the MRT station.

Manager and staff were most kind and professional. Hostel is very clean, staff present at all hours. Micro, fridge, water dispenser and coffee/tea available all day.Guests responsible to clean up after themselves with outdoor diswash sink. Several bathrooms available, indoor and outdoor seating. Public coin laundry places close by. Lots of places for food local and foreign, and transport right there too. Do note there are some stairs to climb, though not that many.

Strongly not recommended!!! Literally the worst service in 15 years of travelling. Nelson the main manager and is an angry, disappointed, unhelpful and not a good person. I got double charged and they could not refund me because it is their policy and the entire broken chain of command. I will get refund through the bank, but still the experience is unnecessarily terrible.

It’s very quite for a hostal, that’s hard to find. The staff is very friendly (if you’re kind). They even allowed me to leave my suitcase there before check-in and after check-out. The WiFi is not the best, it’s unstable and slow but it works for messaging

Unfortunately I found hair on my bed and the room had a very musty smell. It was freezing cold at night and the blanket that was provided was super thin. Personally, I would not stay there again, but perhaps I expected too much when I read the good comments as the price is very low. I would expect a clean bed without hair though no matter what the price is

I loved everything about my experience except for the booking system. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that someone was sleeping in the bed assigned to me. Which was no big deal; however, when they assigned me to another bed, they confused me with someone else, woke me up the next morning and tried to kick me out until I proved who I was. As I said, I loved everything about this capsule hotel/hostel, but that situation was absolutely ridiculous.
