Had to struggle with their communication on an issue for days with different department instead of them communicating internally among each others.. clients aren’t supposed to be involved with their mess and no responds to emails for weeks.. zero hospitality for a person spending 10 days at their hotel facilities. Old hotel, fixtures all in need of improvement. Staff were excellent, food also great, one of the best locations in Singapore for peaceful but not dull nightlife. Really good swimming pool.
