Great place to stay, everything there you need, and clean. Leo and David Yeo at reception were very helpful, absolutely great service has been provided by these two people. Bus stop for hop on/off bus is just around the corner.

The rooms are small so for two people it’s sometimes hard to move around. But everything else was great. Super cleans they are trying to be environmentally friendly by providing filtered water in the room

The soundproof of the room is so bad. You can easily hear anyone talking at the corridor. Some Chinese guests like to talk at the corridor in the early morning, like 6-7am.... I can't sleep very well because of the noise. Also, hotel staff signs or talks with loud voice at night, maybe around 8-9pm. I have to say that makes me feel irritating. If you are looking for a clean hotel with affordable price, Hotel MI Bencoolen is okay, but if someone like me wants to stay at a quiet room to work and relax, this hotel will not be my repeat choice. Btw, Hotel MI doesn't provide free parking. Their car park is a paid parking.

Convenient location to MRT station. The rooms are very small. Room did not have good circulation, so it smelled musty from the humidity. The sink/water filter were inconvenient. Service staff was very nice though.

Great hotel for a quick stop off in Singapore. The gentleman behind the dest was amazing and allowed us to check in early and upgraded our room for us! The room was immaculate and had everything you’d need - towels, body wash, shampoo, black out blinds, tea, coffee, kettle. The only downfall is that the walls are thin so we got woken up a few times by people going back to their rooms. Other than that, an amazing stay. We will be back in 6 weeks before we return home. Thank you.
