"Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice. "

"While close to a busy street, this hotel tucked behind a monument to Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus, was a perfect location for this visit. Buses to the train and bus stations are very close by and the bus to the Alhambra couldn't be closer- out the door of the hotel, turn right and there they are! On the edge of the Albaicin district, it is an easy walk to many sites. As a bonus, the hotel has a nice bistro for a drink and meal and you can get a good breakfast in the restaurant. Hotel...

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "The location is fantastic; it is in the Gothic District and very close to many museums and churches. However, the hallways inside the hotel are very dark. It doesn't match the vibe of the lobby which is modern and bright. The service people are just ok. They are not too friendly. They need to smile little bit to make the guest feel welcomed. "
