"Nice experience in a great big room for a family of 4. Rooftop restaurant was great. Shower needed a little repair, and a bit odd to not have AC working in room. Hard to only use bottled water as water stations are so easy to provide for fresh water. Disappointed that the fitness center did not offer water stations to re-fill water. "

"We were originally planning to stay for a couple days but extended our stay for one more week while we were in the area. The staff, from front desk, restaurant, cleaning, bell hop, and health center, was excellent. They genuinely wanted to help you. We liked the operable windows for fresh air, though the AC was excellent on the hot days. The hotel restaurant was decent, and the room service option was convenient. We also enjoyed the massage and sauna. The sauna doesn’t cost extra. Everything was clean. We definitely plan to stay there again as we have family in the area."

"Great access to the Bazaar and sites, however the hotel was dirty, including ranched towels. The shower head damaged and leaking. Very poor wifi connection in my room. During my two nights a worker banging away in the next room until midnight. No consideration for the hotel users !"

"Very amiable host. Catered for our comfort and was very lenient, patient. Though there are some improvements to be made to the room, like wardrobe, but everything that mother and I asked for was granted. It was reasonably clean altogether. Ismaïl Uncle and all his family members are great hosts. It was very near to all services and our interested point of attraction. I highly recommend this hotel. "
