"A nice hotel with high service level. Beds unfortunately are very hard and not comfortable for being a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is amazing but the dinner options and restaurants are far from 5 star. Great shuttle service. Food needs to be taken down in the village and not at the hotel. If you are vegetarian or vegan there are extremely few options. "

"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra...
