"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. "We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. "The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future."

"At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. The person in the reception was kind and nice, but did not speak any English and as mentioned had to be called from somewhere inside the hotel....

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!"
