"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Clean and new. Heating and a/c wasn't working first night, so I got - it must be you not knowing what you are doing until the next day I went down and complained and they fixed it. "

"This place has lots of old-world charm and is really clean. The staff is very helpful in the concierge way. It's in a great part of town with lots of transport, supermarkets, and nice restaurants but few tourists (that's good). You can walk to downtown Berlin in about 20 minutes."

"Clean great staff all very helpful and pleasant. not the easiest place to get to but the train did work I had to contact them for details on how to get there which they sent very promptly but perhaps they could include them on the website. Good base for an airport overnight. Good shower with lots of hot water"
