"Very comfortable hotel, in a good location. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the shower was large. the restaurant was good. I didn't make it to the exercise room or the pool, so I can't comment on those."

"Staff was eager to please even on the smallest items. Rooms were perfect in size, shower was amazing as was the comfort of the bed. Even though the hotel was fully booked it was not noisy. The dining patio had a nice view and the food was excellent. If you are an American the breakfast was lacking in that things that should be served hot like eggs or the Potato quich was served barely room temperature. "

"This was a unique experience. Staying here was like being an old film. We had a view of the Alhambra from our room. The room was oddly shaped, and we even had a loft that we did not use. The room was rather small, but functional. The mattress was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The our bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is a great location (the Albacin neighborhood is just put the steps). The street below is noisy, but the double windows drowned out the noise when fully closed. You need to climb up about 50 feet of stairs to get to the hotel building. We had no problem with this, but we ran into some older folks that did. "

"A very modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions in Granada centre. Very clean and housekeeping gave a good prompt service. Staff at reception excellent and always willing to help. We did have any food at the hotel so unable to comment."
