"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

"Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. "It has a interesting architecture. It is being cleaned all the time and the space smells like Islamic holy places. They try to look fancy but some details are not well-taken care of. Comfy spacious room, 2 blocks from train station

"Absolutely loved the room. Very comfortable, nice surprise of a small fridge and a safe. Small disappointment there was no in room coffee/tea machine. Also no English language options at all on tv even for Paramount or American made movies. Reception and gastropub bar staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Very modern hotel right in the heart of Granada. Room was fantastic and had some great little touches to make the stay extra special. Very helpful reception staff who were always on hand to assist and store luggage on our final day. Very cool architectural quirk with the excavated walls underneath the hotel. Nice place to sit in the evening - seemed the type of place where eating / drinking out was more typical. "
