"Gorgeous hotel with outstanding service. Felt like royalty from the moment we arrived until saying the last good byes. Irene, the concierge, spent considerable time highlighting sights, restaurants, and bodegas to visit. Seemed genuinely glad to help. "This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The room had personal touches including a handwritten welcome card, half bottle of wine and snacks. The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent with hot food options to order. "

"The Eurostars hotel was very nice. The staff is excellent and the room fine. There were some issues and they were dealt with quickly. Problems: We had to unload luggage and there is no good spot to do this. It would be great if they could arrange a spot to use for offloading luggage before parking (we were told to use the public parking because they thought our car was too big??…?) They should prepare clients for this. Another hotel sent an email to notify clients where to go and how to handle...
