"I couldn't have been happier with this resort! We were a party of three in a "friends and family" room (with a king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed). This was plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too rigid. The value for the room was excellent considering this was an all-inclusive resort. The room is well-stocked with alcohol, water, sodas, and coffee. On the off-chance that you run out of something, you simply call the front desk and they will bring more to your room. There were about 8 restaurants on the very huge property, and all the restaurants serve excellent food. There is always at least one restaurant open from about 0700-2300. The resort grounds were kept immaculately clean. The staff is always busy working. I was so impressed at how everywhere you looked, everything was in top shape. The staff is pleasant and eager to help; excellent customer service is obviously important to this resort. This resort is on the beach with excellent views of Land's End. It's about 2 kilometers away from town; you could walk to town along the beach. Parking is plentiful and free!"

"The resort is beautiful and the staff/service is excellent. Took our family of 4 and had a great time. The beach and kids pool was a hit for our 6 & 7 year olds. It was NOT crowded which was the highlight of the trip. Relaxing, quiet, the perfect amount of people. We will definitely be coming back to this property and are excited to see the upgrades. We were in a king ocean view and heard no construction noises. Thank you Hyatt Ziva!"

"We love the Hard Rock all inclusive resorts. Book your transfers directly through hard rock. Very seamless. Food was excellent. Italian restaurant and hibachi are our favorite. Service throughout was top notch. Traveled with 13 and 15 year old sons and they had plenty to do. Booked clear boat city tour, would definitely recommend it to see the city and landmarks on the sea. Hotel is about 50 minutes from airport so a little ways out in comparison to other resorts. We booked a junior suite king with a gorgeous balcony and direct ocean views. Very clean. I really don’t have any negatives. There was a hiccup with our transportation for our city tour however the hotel found us alternate driver (Dany) and he did a fantastic job and did all he could to make sure our tour continued as planned. All in all would do it again. We will be back again!"
