"Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Only hiccup was we paid for an ocean view room (rather than partial view) and our initial room was facing a vacant lot with a partial view of the ocean. When we called and then had to go to the front desk to sort this out we were told that since we booked through Expedia we were have to take it up with Expedia and nothing could be done. We had to show our booking info and after some time we're finally told we would be moved to an ocean view room the next afternoon. Our new room was beautiful, facing the pool and we had much more of an ocean view which included the Lis Cabos Rocks. "

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf and Spa, and we absolutely loved it! The staff were amazing—special thanks to Jesus and Adrian, who provided excellent service delivering food and drinks on the beach, and Alejandra, our wonderful housekeeper. Everyone we encountered on the grounds was extremely helpful and kind. The resort offers five fantastic restaurants and an impressive variety of breakfast options—there’s truly something for everyone! The grounds are also meticulously maintained and always clean. We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"The staff were all excellent. Everyone that I interacted with were very friendly and always seemed happy to be working there. Some notable staff members are Christian and Edwin at the American Country bar, Tolly at the Sports Bar, and Hilario a waiter at the main breakfast buffet. The property is kept clean and looking amazing. I constantly saw the staff cleaning, doing landscaping, and painting things to keep them looking great. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to travel to Cabo. I'm looking forward to coming back again in the future."

"This was our 25th year staying at an all inclusive property in Mexico, but the first time at Sandos Finisterra. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. The check in process was smooth and easy, the bell boy was incredibly knowledgeable and informative on the way to our room. We booked a Finisterra suite, it was located upstairs on the 7th floor next to the VIP pool and several of the resturants. The room was quite large, with 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, a balcony, and dual views of the marina and the Pacific. The biggest praise and heaps of gratitude to Ishmael. The bartender at thr VIP pool. He was extremely friendly, informative of the area, giving us well thought out suggestions of things to do and places to go. He remembers your drink after the fist time you oder, and he never lets your glass be empty. He made the trip 10 times better. Carmen, Yuki, Eve and the rest of the entertainment crew down at the activities pool were aweaome as well. With tons of fun things to do all day long. Alberto and Francisco at Don Diegos for breakfast were very helpful and on top of all of your needs. The food at every restaurant for every meal was beyond expectations. Food can almost always be hit or miss at all inclusives, but every thing we had was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Every speck of dirt or trash was immediately looked after. The turtle program on the beach was a pleasant suprise. Overall it was a 10/10 experience."
